Overview
ArmenianPost offers 30-day listings across several categories. Refunds are available in limited cases described below. This policy applies to one-time listing fees only and not to any third-party payments made between buyers and sellers.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate charge: If your card was charged more than once for the same listing within 24 hours, we will refund the duplicate payment.
- Posting failure: If a paid listing fails to publish due to a platform error and cannot be restored within a reasonable time, we will refund the fee.
- Accidental purchase within 24 hours: If you posted in the wrong category or made a clear mistake and have not received meaningful views or leads, contact us within 24 hours and we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable
- Listings removed for policy violations or fraudulent activity
- Completed listings that received views, leads, or were live for a material time
- Disputes between buyers and sellers; we do not mediate private transactions
How to Request a Refund
- Include your listing ID, payment date, and the reason for the request.
- Contact support via the Contact Us form.
- We typically respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank, the refund process will proceed through your card issuer’s timelines. To expedite resolution, please contact us first.
